Orders
- Is shipping free?
- We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50 USD. For orders below this threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee will apply. - Do you ship internationally?

- Can I return my order?
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ogee purchase. We accept returns or exchanges on most products within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the item is in unused or gently used condition. Final sale items, gift cards, and certain promotional sets may be excluded. To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal or contact our Customer Care team with your order number.
- My order never arrived. What do I do?
- If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, or if your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. We will launch an investigation with the shipping carrier. We recommend waiting 48 hours after a "delivered" status before contacting us, as packages can sometimes be prematurely scanned.
- My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs of the box (if damaged) and the damaged products immediately, and email them along with your order number to our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery.
